ER Compliance Specialist II (Remote)

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking an Employee Relations Compliance Specialist II for a remote position. Familiarity with tools such as AllVoices, Ticketing, UKG, CMS, and Tableau is essential for analyzing data effectively. Additionally, the role requires managing the ER ticketing system and supporting the training of an AI assistant named Vera. This position is suitable for individuals with experience in employee relations and compliance, who possess strong analytical skills and can work independently in a remote setting.
