Engineer Manufacturing

Harley-Davidson Motor Company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their Powertrain Operations facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. In this full-time role, the engineer will focus on enhancing assembly manufacturing processes by ensuring that tooling, documentation, and equipment are optimized for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support, analyzing manufacturing control systems, and collaborating with various departments such as Advanced Manufacturing and Quality to facilitate successful product launches and ongoing production improvements. The position also involves developing LEAN initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Candidates should possess relevant engineering experience and skills in process development and problem resolution.
