Harmattan AI is hiring an Industrialization & Manufacturing Manager in Rabat to help set up and scale automation-focused production operations for local sites. The role works with manufacturing teams such as quality, supply chain, and procurement, and reports to the General Manager. It involves bringing new products into production, improving manufacturability and consistency, supporting team hiring and training, and working with suppliers. The company is looking for someone with experience in automation, industrialization, or manufacturing engineering, ideally in aerospace, defence, advanced electronics, or mechatronics, and who has taken products from prototype into serial production.

ABOUT THE ROLE The Industrialisation Manager designs, deploys, and scales automation-driven manufacturing and industrial processes on local production sites. Reporting to the General Manager, the role coordinates with all internal Manufacturing departments (Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement) to implement our Manufacturing strategy locally. RESPONSIBILITIES - Deploys, in coordination with the global manufacturing team, Harmattan’s Manufacturing strategy according to local constraints - Leads industrialisation of new products in the site, ensuring manufacturability, repeatability, and quality. - Leads the recruitment and upskilling of his/her team (operators, methods, quality) at the required volume - Screens and collaborates with suppliers CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS - Experience in automation engineering, industrialisation, or manufacturing engineering, ideally in aerospace, defence, advanced electronics, or mechatronics. - Proven track record taking products from prototype to serial production. - Solid understanding of DFM/DFA, PFMEA, and lean manufacturing principles. - Adaptability & Mobility: Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; embraces a “no-task-is-too-small” mentality. Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules (evenings/weekends as needed). - Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of leading diverse principals – from junior members to senior executives. - Commitment: 100% dedication to Harmattan AI’s mission, vision, and ambitious growth plans, ready to go the extra mile to ensure operational excellence.
