CX Data Analyst

Harvey is hiring a remote full-time CX Data Analyst to own analytics for its Customer Experience team. The role will build and maintain dashboards, reports, and feedback loops, track key support metrics, and work with CX leadership and the central data team to improve how information is used across the organisation.
