Front Office Agent (Night shift and Day shift)

Hayasa Hospitality Group is seeking Front Office Agents for both day and night shifts in Yerevan. The role involves welcoming and directing visitors at the front desk, managing incoming phone calls, and facilitating check-in and check-out processes. Agents will also provide essential information to guests and handle payments. Candidates with a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Tourism will be favored, and familiarity with the Triosoft System is considered a plus. Fluency in English and Russian is required for effective communication. The position demands flexibility to adapt to various work situations and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. The work schedule consists of two days on-site followed by two days off, encompassing both morning and night shifts. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy customer interaction in a hospitality setting.
