Senior Product Designer, Provider Acquisition

Headway is hiring a remote Senior Product Designer to join its Provider Acquisition work and help improve how qualified therapists discover, evaluate, and sign up for the platform. The role focuses on both the provider-facing journey and the internal tools used by the sales team, with ownership of key conversion points and experimentation to reduce drop-off. It also involves working with Creative on provider branding and landing pages, and designing tooling for the lead-to-intake process. This position would suit an experienced designer who is comfortable working across product surfaces, partner teams, and conversion-focused design in a mission-driven healthcare company.
