Workday (Projects) SME

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: December 31, 2026 Work Set Up: Fully Remote (100% remote) Clearance Required: BPSS Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Workday (Projects) SME with extensive experience in Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) or the Workday Projects module. The role will support implementation activities before transitioning into ongoing Application Managed Services (AMS) operations, with a strong focus on customer-facing communication and delivery. What you will do: Support the implementation team throughout the Workday Projects/PSA implementation. Participate in the build and configuration of the Workday Projects/PSA module. Execute and support testing activities for the Workday Projects/PSA implementation. Provide ongoing support once the Workday solution is live as part of the AMS operations team. Apply extensive Workday PSA or Workday Projects expertise to implementation and operational activities. Collaborate with customers and project stakeholders to understand requirements and support successful delivery. Communicate effectively with customer-facing stakeholders throughout the implementation and support lifecycle. Bring extensive senior-level experience with Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) or the Workday Projects module. Hold a Workday PSA or Workday Projects certification. Possess proven experience supporting Workday implementation, build, testing, and post-go-live activities. Bring experience transitioning from implementation delivery into ongoing AMS or operational support. Possess excellent communication skills and confidence working in a customer-facing role. Demonstrate strong collaboration skills when working as part of implementation and operations teams. Hold or obtain BPSS clearance eligibility.
