Finance Business Partner (F/H)

Hilti France is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the Regional Sales Director in Boulogne-Billancourt. In this role, the individual will work closely with Sales Managers to ensure the profitability of the sales department by monitoring operational and financial performance. Key responsibilities include negotiating pricing and margins with clients, assisting sales managers in optimizing offers, and analyzing results to identify growth opportunities. The position also involves defining action plans to enhance commercial performance and establishing investment strategies to increase market share. Candidates should hold a master's degree in finance and ideally have prior experience in management control. Proficiency in both English and French is required, along with advanced skills in Excel and other computer tools. The role demands strong organizational skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
