Forward Deployed Engineer (Mid/Senior) - Remote w/Travel

Hippocratic AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work remotely with travel requirements. In this role, you will take technical ownership of AI deployments that enhance health system operations. Your daily tasks will involve embedding with clients to design and implement RAG pipelines, ensuring that conversational AI agents effectively manage clinical workflows. You will also integrate these systems with customer tools such as electronic health records and data warehouses, aiming for seamless production launches. The position requires a strong background in AI engineering, with a focus on building reliable systems that can be deployed at scale. You will collaborate closely with Deployment Strategists, engineers, and clinical experts, maintaining a high level of technical autonomy while being connected to the core AI team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to tackle complex AI challenges in healthcare settings. The expectation is to achieve significant outcomes within the first year, including deploying multiple AI agents and establishing yourself as a trusted technical partner for clients.
