Equipment Operator

Hoar Construction is seeking an Equipment Operator in Auburn, AL, responsible for the safe operation of various power construction equipment. Daily tasks include excavating, moving, and grading earth, as well as erecting structures and pouring concrete. The operator will coordinate machine actions with crew members, load and transport materials, and perform tasks such as land clearing and backfilling. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess 2 to 5 years of experience in operating commercial or industrial construction equipment. Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools is essential. Strong communication skills in English are required, with Spanish proficiency considered a plus.
