Senior Paralegal

Homebound is looking for a Senior Paralegal to join its in-house legal team in a remote capacity. This role involves managing various legal matters, including product and contract management, insurance, risk, litigation, and licensing, specifically for Homebound's operations in Los Angeles, Texas, Florida, and Colorado. Daily tasks will include reviewing and tracking revisions to master service agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and non-disclosure agreements, as well as overseeing title and deed documentation for property transactions. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining general contractor and business licensing across all markets and managing the Builders Risk insurance program in collaboration with the insurance broker and other teams. The ideal applicant should be a detail-oriented and experienced paralegal, capable of handling a high volume of diverse legal issues while working cross-functionally with various departments such as sales, accounting, and construction operations. The position is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of the legal aspects of the construction and real estate industries.
