Senior Manager, Global Payroll Systems & Equity Operations

Hopper is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Payroll Systems & Equity Operations to enhance and automate their workforce compensation infrastructure. In this role, you will oversee the global payroll operating model, managing employees, contractors, and various local providers. Your responsibilities include leading a small team, administering employee equity through Shareworks, and implementing automation to reduce manual processes. You will collaborate with HR Technology, IT, and Finance to consolidate payroll platforms and ensure compliance and audit readiness. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing multi-country payroll operations, particularly with EOR and PEO frameworks, as well as familiarity with equity administration on platforms like Shareworks.
