This position involves overseeing the technical execution of energy and building services projects from the planning phase through to final handover. Daily responsibilities include coordinating on-site contractors, conducting technical inspections, and managing the resolution of any identified defects. The role also requires reviewing financial settlements, contributing to cost determinations, and compiling comprehensive revision documents for project closure. Candidates must hold a completed degree or a technician or master craftsman qualification in energy and building technology or supply technology. At least two years of professional experience in planning and executing technical, mechanical, and electrical projects is required, with prior experience in site supervision being highly desirable. Applicants need to demonstrate structured, deadline-oriented, and solution-focused working habits, along with strong communication skills and a confident professional demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and basic knowledge of CAD and quantity surveying applications is expected. The position demands very good German language skills, both written and spoken, at a minimum C1 level.
