Senior Business Architect

The Information Systems Agency of Armenia is looking for a Senior Business Architect in Yerevan to help design and support ADEL, the country’s national data exchange layer. The role centers on shaping the business and institutional logic behind the system, including processes, requirements, and how the solution fits public sector needs. It is not a project management or administrative position, but one for someone who can work on architecture from a policy and operations perspective. It would suit an experienced business architect or advisory company with knowledge of public service delivery and digital systems.
