QA Engineer (12-Month Contract)

Insense is seeking a QA Engineer for a 12-month contract position, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. The role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of the Insense platform by collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle. Daily tasks include reviewing requirements, identifying risks, validating releases, and investigating production issues. Candidates should have over three years of experience in manual QA testing for web applications, along with a solid understanding of software testing principles and test design. Proficiency in exploratory, functional, regression, and API testing is essential, as is experience with tools like Postman for API testing. Familiarity with SQL or GraphQL for data validation and the ability to investigate issues using logs and monitoring tools is also required. The position is remote, but candidates must be located within two hours of Central European Time and available every working day between 9 AM and 12 PM EST.
