Teamleiter IT Infrastructure (m/w/d)

This full-time position involves leading the IT Infrastructure team with both disciplinary and technical responsibility. The role requires managing the strategic evolution of technical architecture within an enterprise setting while analyzing and evaluating changes to the global application architecture. You will participate in daily operational tasks, oversee medium and long-term personnel planning, and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. Additionally, the job entails monitoring quality standards in application operations, continuously improving processes, and steering national and international projects. Candidates should hold a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or possess comparable training. While leadership experience in an IT environment is advantageous, it is not strictly required. A solid understanding of IT processes is expected, and holding an ITIL certification is considered a plus. The position demands a goal-oriented, structured approach with strong analytical skills, alongside a hands-on mentality and flexibility.
