Distribution Center Associate

IPS Packaging & Automation is looking for a Distribution Center Associate to join their team in Union, OH. This role involves managing daily operations related to stock control, including the receipt, storage, and retrieval of products, ensuring timely and accurate shipments to customers. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a warehouse or production environment, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with loading and unloading trailers, processing orders, and meeting productivity targets is essential. Additionally, candidates must have experience operating forklifts and using RF scanners. The position operates on a daytime schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no overnight shifts required.
