Roles & Responsibilities: Handling support tickets; Perform platform monitoring and code analysis to fix errors and respond to tickets. What does it take to join our Internship Program? Be studying a degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, IT Management or related, from the 2nd year onwards; SQL Server at basic level; People interested in solving complex problems with development skills in Java / Javascript; Excel at a basic level; Intermediate level programming logic; Advanced English is required; Availability to work 30 hours per week during business hours.
