Head of Legal – Corporate, Commercial & IP

This full-time Head of Legal role in Yerevan leads the company’s legal work across corporate, commercial, contract, regulatory and intellectual property matters. It involves advising senior management and business teams, handling domestic and international agreements, and overseeing trademarks and other IP assets, including protection, monitoring and enforcement. The role also manages legal and IP risks, supports compliance and corporate governance, and coordinates a legal team. It is suited to an experienced legal leader who can combine strategic judgement with hands-on support for business operations.
