Beit Mery - Bartender – Pool Restaurant

Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards Provide fast, professional, and courteous service to guests Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and service areas Monitor stock levels and report shortages in a timely manner Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies Set up and close down the bar station daily Process orders accurately and coordinate with service staff when needed Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards Check guest age where required and serve alcohol responsibly Contribute to a positive guest experience in line with the restaurant’s service standards Requirements Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, beach club, pool bar, hotel, or similar hospitality setting Good knowledge of classic cocktails, mocktails, spirits, soft drinks, and coffee service Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Well-groomed, professional, and team-oriented Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed Basic English required; additional languages are a plus Energetic, reliable, and service-focused Comfortable working outdoors in a high-volume summer operation Attentive to cleanliness, speed, and presentation
