Chef de partie (Saudi National Only)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Oversee daily operations of your designated kitchen section, maintaining efficiency and organization Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications and company standards Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes from your section Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and recipe development Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards Manage food costs, minimize waste, and control stock levels within your section Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service operations Participate in regular kitchen meetings and contribute ideas for improvement Adapt to changing needs and assist in other kitchen areas as required Must be a Saudi National Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen setting Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food trends Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in English with excellent communication abilities Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and presentation Familiarity with inventory management and cost control Up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Passion for culinary arts and commitment to continuous learning Competitive salary package Professional and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth within a reputed international brand
