Execution Co-ordinator - Instant Coffee

This position focuses on Outbound Execution. Key details include: Work with traders on position follow-up and any commercial issues with shippers / clients Issue logistics documents (invoices, release documents, cover letters...) related to assigned sales & instruct/ensure upload of related external documents where required Work closely with Sales & external partners to anticipate execution challenges and advise on potential solutions Send shipping instructions to shippers (clients) in due time Place booking with shipping lines where required & ensure internal database accuracy Follow-up on sample results where required and update internal database accordingly Process shipping documents (including upload onto system) and payment to shippers if required Liaise closely with shippers, shipping partners & end Clients where relevant to deliver the best services Check all assigned service invoices to approve the costs and prepare payment request Other tasks assigned by Team Leader University graduate (BA or equivalent), focus/ major in Foreign Trade, Commodity Trading, or Logistics. Other certifications are a plus; At least 2-3 years of working experience (compulsory); Experience in an international environment related to trade/ supply chain/ logistics / customer service; Excellent knowledge of English. Experience in coffee trade logistics is a plus Key results expected On-time execution at each milestone level On-time validation of service invoices for timely settlement Contribution to client satisfaction On-time inventory check for monthly closings Expertise on partner profiles/ procedures & inbound/ outbound processes Efficient coordination & communication with all relevant parties Contribution to the Logistics strategy.
