HR Manager

Develop and implement HR strategy, policies and procedures Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, operational, financial and compliance functions Develop job descriptions, candidate profiles and recruitment processes Manage candidate screening, interviews, offers and onboarding Build structured onboarding and employee induction programs Maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee benefits Develop performance-management processes, KPIs and employee evaluations Support management in defining organizational structures, roles and reporting lines Develop compensation and salary structures appropriate for the Lebanese market Establish employee policies, code of conduct and internal HR procedures Coordinate employee training and professional development Coordinate with Compliance and senior management on employee-related regulatory requirements Help build a strong, professional and performance-driven company culture Support workforce planning as the company scales 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management Experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial services or technology companies is strongly preferred Strong recruitment and talent-acquisition experience Ability to recruit both technical and non-technical profiles Good understanding of fintech organizational structures and key functions Familiarity with roles in Technology, Cybersecurity, Compliance, AML/KYC, Operations and Finance Good knowledge of Lebanese labor practices and HR administration Experience developing HR policies and procedures Experience with performance management and employee development Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities High level of discretion and confidentiality Ability to work directly with senior management Arabic & English required, French is a plus Send us your CV with the title: HR Manager to: hr@totalrecruitments.com
