Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You'll work collaboratively across departments to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals while maintaining a keen focus on data-driven decision-making and innovative campaign development. Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms Create and maintain strategic marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives and target audience insights Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy Plan, coordinate, and oversee content calendars and marketing initiatives across all platforms Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and analyze return on investment (ROI) for campaigns Identify, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and marketing impact Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging Develop compelling copy and creative briefs for various marketing materials and campaigns Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking Support event planning and promotion, including pre-event marketing, live engagement, and post-event analysis Analyze marketing data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles Proven expertise in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics software Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis Experience with content calendar planning and management Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of brand management and brand positioning strategies Experience supporting or promoting online events and webinars Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems Experience with marketing automation tools Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and regional consumer behavior Certification in digital marketing or related field Self-motivated, proactive approach with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated innovation and creative thinking in marketing solutions
