We're looking for an experienced and visionary Pharmacy Operation Manager to lead our pharmacy operations in Doha, Qatar. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all operational aspects of our pharmacy, ensuring excellence in service delivery, regulatory compliance, and patient care. You'll work collaboratively with a dedicated team to drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Develop, implement, and execute strategic operational plans to optimize pharmacy performance and enhance service delivery across all locations in Qatar
Ensure full compliance with Qatar's healthcare regulations, pharmacy practice standards, and all applicable local and international guidelines
Manage inventory systems, supply chain logistics, and procurement processes to minimize waste while maintaining optimal stock levels
Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis to drive sustainable business growth
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing pharmacy team, fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and excellence
Analyze key performance metrics and operational data to identify trends, implement data-driven solutions, and measure success against established goals
Establish and maintain rigorous quality control measures and patient safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of care
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
Oversee staff training and onboarding programs to ensure consistent service quality and regulatory compliance
Stay informed of industry innovations, emerging trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and maintain competitive advantage
Manage change initiatives with resilience and transparency, communicating effectively with all stakeholders throughout implementation
Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, healthcare partners, and key stakeholders in the Qatar healthcare ecosystem
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related healthcare field (required); Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Valid pharmacy license and registration with Qatar's regulatory authorities (required)
Minimum of 8-15 years of progressive experience in pharmacy operations management or related healthcare management roles.
