Product Designer (Future Openings)

Pogo is seeking a Product Designer for future openings to join their remote team. In this role, you will be the second designer, focusing on the product design and creative direction for a new consumer insights platform aimed at connecting brands with verified consumers. Your daily tasks will involve designing user experiences from initial concepts to launch, creating polished interfaces that highlight the capabilities of their data and AI technology, and ensuring attention to detail in aspects like layout and typography. You will also contribute to defining the product roadmap and establishing design systems and culture within the company. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing software products, preferably in a startup environment, and familiarity with enterprise-grade products is a plus. Proficiency in Figma is essential, as is the ability to work efficiently and make design trade-offs when necessary. A passion for high-quality design and an active engagement with design trends and tools, including LLMs like ChatGPT, will suit this role well.
