Identity Strategist, EMEA

Jumio is seeking an Identity Strategist for the EMEA region to work remotely. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert in fraud and identity, engaging with enterprise customers throughout their journey, from pre-sales to onboarding and ongoing support. Your daily responsibilities will include assessing customer risk profiles, designing tailored fraud strategies, and optimizing verification workflows. You will also be tasked with resolving any technical or regulatory challenges that may arise during the onboarding process to ensure timely implementation and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have relevant experience in fraud, identity, AML/KYC, or digital risk, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing roles. The position requires expertise in risk mitigation and industry best practices. The role is suitable for individuals who excel in strategic advisory capacities and possess the ability to coordinate complex project launches. Jumio's headquarters are in Austria, but this position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.
