Software Engineer Interviewer

Karat is looking for Software Engineers to join their Interview Engineer Community on a contractor basis. This remote role involves facilitating technical interviews with software developers globally, ensuring a positive candidate experience while assessing their coding skills and technical knowledge. Interview Engineers will evaluate candidates based on their performance, coding style, and communication abilities, and will also collaborate with Karat to enhance interview content and processes. Candidates should have at least three years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer and possess strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. A reliable webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection are necessary for this role. While prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred, it is not mandatory.
