Praktikant (w/m/d) HR Digitalisierung & Personio

This internship at Kloepfel Consulting in Düsseldorf focuses on building and refining digital HR processes within the Personio platform. Daily tasks involve designing workflows for recruitment, personnel administration, and onboarding, as well as maintaining employee data structures. You will also evaluate current procedures to propose improvements and assist in integrating artificial intelligence and new tools into everyday HR operations. The role provides exposure to broader topics such as employer branding and internal communication. Candidates should ideally be in a master’s program, nearing graduation, or seeking post-study practical experience. While prior experience with Personio or similar HR software is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
