Praktikant (w/m/d) HR Digitalisierung & Personio

This internship focuses on independently designing and implementing new processes within the Personio platform, covering areas such as recruitment, personnel administration, and onboarding. You will also assist in maintaining employee data and explore the integration of artificial intelligence and new tools into daily HR operations. Beyond technical tasks, the role offers exposure to employer branding and internal communication. Candidates should ideally be in a master’s program, nearing graduation, or seeking post-study practical experience. The position requires an affinity for IT and AI, along with the ability to quickly learn new systems. While prior experience with Personio or similar HR software is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
