Finance Manager, FP&A – Operations

Kraft Heinz is hiring a Finance Manager, FP&A – Operations in Chicago to support business unit margin growth through financial planning and analysis. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, monthly and annual performance reviews, reporting, and analysis of cost-saving opportunities and pricing impacts. It also works closely with business unit and zone leaders to improve processes, support P&L accuracy, and prepare financial presentations and reports. This role would suit someone with strong FP&A experience, good analytical skills, and the ability to partner across the organization on planning and process improvement.
