Affiliate Marketing Manager

Kraymer Art is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to run its creator and affiliate activity from start to finish. The day-to-day work includes finding suitable creators, checking they are a good fit for the brand, setting up tracking and discount codes, managing outreach and follow-up, handling gifting and agreements, keeping records and reporting up to date, and helping turn creator content into affiliate, organic, and paid ad opportunities. The role also includes building a layered ambassador or referral setup that encourages creators to bring in other creators. The advert names Social Snowball or a similar platform for tracking, along with Shopify, creator databases, outreach templates, and performance reporting. It asks for proven affiliate marketing experience with a program the applicant has personally managed, plus experience in creator or influencer marketing for an ecommerce brand. It also requires knowledge of anime and familiarity with fandom communities. Strong English is essential, with written and spoken ability at C2 level. The job is fully remote and open to applicants in any country, with 40 hours a week and flexible scheduling. It is aimed at someone with relevant hands-on experience who is comfortable with the stated pay range and long-term full-time potential.
