Growth Marketing Head

Krisp is looking for a Growth Marketing Head in Yerevan to help scale two products: KrispWork for meetings and KrispCX for SMB call centers. The role focuses on strengthening channels that already perform well, expanding paid acquisition, and tracking results closely to turn spend into growth. It is a hands-on position, with responsibility for building and running the growth function directly rather than managing an agency. This role would suit someone with strong performance marketing and measurement skills who is comfortable working on products with large target markets.
