HPC Support Engineer

Lambda is hiring a remote HPC Support Engineer to help resolve complex technical issues across AI cloud and GPU infrastructure. The role focuses on diagnosing problems at the hardware, driver, kernel, cluster, and workload levels, writing clear documentation, improving internal processes, and working with engineering to fix recurring issues. It also includes mentoring teammates, supporting major incidents, and taking part in an on-call rota. This position is suited to someone with at least three years of hands-on HPC experience and strong Linux system administration skills, ideally from a cluster administration, support, or engineering background.
