Senior Contracts Manager

Lattice is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee its commercial contracting function in a fully remote capacity. The role involves independently managing a diverse range of agreements, including customer, vendor, and partnership contracts, while acting as a trusted advisor to various teams within the organization. Daily responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a high volume of commercial agreements, such as SaaS order forms and service level agreements, in accordance with Lattice's established contracting standards and risk framework. Candidates should possess strong contract judgment, operational discipline, and commercial awareness, along with familiarity with modern legal technology and AI-assisted workflows. The position requires experience in negotiating complex agreements and a solid understanding of risk management. This cross-functional role supports multiple departments, including Sales, Procurement, and Marketing, making it suitable for individuals who can balance risk management with a focus on customer experience and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a business-minded approach and the ability to navigate challenging negotiations effectively.
