Director, FP&A

League is hiring a remote Director of FP&A to help lead company planning and performance management. The role covers forecasting, scenario planning, annual planning support, and building models that connect sales activity, customer delivery, staffing, and financial results. It also involves working closely with senior leaders, producing executive and board-level reporting, and helping make Pigment and governed AI workflows central to decision-making. This position is aimed at someone who is hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable operating as both a builder and a partner to finance and operations teams.
