Finance Manager - Operations/FP&A | Direct Hire | National City

Ledgent is recruiting a Finance Manager for an established maritime transportation and automotive logistics business in National City, working onsite five days a week. The role focuses on finance support for one operating division, including budgeting, forecasting, variance review, pricing and margin analysis, ROI and scenario modelling, and reporting for senior leaders. It also involves overseeing a small team handling billing, collections, accounts payable, and invoice coding, while helping improve dashboards and recurring reporting. This position is suited to someone with several years of finance analysis experience, prior people management, strong Excel and reporting skills, and experience working closely with operations teams.
