Senior Integration Engineer

Legion is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to work remotely from Mexico. In this role, the engineer will focus on developing and maintaining integration and automation solutions for Legion's workforce management customers. Daily tasks include designing and implementing scalable integration architectures that connect Legion with various enterprise systems such as HR, POS, and Payroll. The position requires proficiency in tools like Workato for building and testing integrations, as well as experience in developing secure REST APIs within a cloud-based ecosystem. Candidates should have a strong understanding of integration design patterns and agile software engineering practices. The role involves collaboration with architects and engineers for design reviews and code quality assurance. Additionally, the engineer will need to stay informed about Legion's product offerings and contribute to troubleshooting and improving backend reliability. This position is suitable for individuals who are passionate about large-scale application development and enjoy mentoring others. The role includes participation in an on-call rotation.
