Actuarial Analyst (I, II, or III)

Louisiana Blue is looking for an Actuarial Analyst at the I, II, or III level in Baton Rouge, with a preference for candidates who already live in Louisiana or are willing to move there. The role supports actuarial work that helps price health plans accurately, keep them financially sound, and meet regulatory requirements, while working with teams such as underwriting, IT, accounting, and marketing. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with strong analytical and communication skills and experience using Excel; SQL is preferred. The level offered depends on experience, with higher levels requiring more actuarial analyst experience and, for the upper levels, healthcare or health insurance experience.
