Product Designer (m/w/d)

This full-time position in Munich involves leading the design process for a property management software suite, including a customer portal and an internal dashboard. You will conduct interviews with property managers and owners to translate their insights into functional interface concepts. The role requires you to implement your designs directly into the frontend using AI-assisted development with React, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui. While you do not need to be a professional programmer, you must be willing to code to ensure your work is deployed in the product. You will operate within a small team of product engineers, sharing the same code repository and workflow rhythm as your technical colleagues. This is the first design hire for the new product team, meaning you will help establish the design system and processes from scratch. The company builds its own internal tools to digitize property management workflows and improve daily operations for its staff. The advert does not specify required qualifications, prior experience levels, or language requirements. It also does not detail the working arrangement regarding office presence, hybrid options, or remote work policies. This role suits a creative professional who wants to see their designs live quickly and is comfortable bridging the gap between visual design and technical implementation.
