The Programme Manager’s aim will be to deliver first in class digital campaigns. They will also contribute to continually improving our delivery service - ensuring our programmes are profitable, our processes and procedures are efficient, and our clients have an outstanding experience working with us.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to the following:
Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex global and UK digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
Client Liaison: Serve as the main contact for clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement project strategies that align with client goals and industry standards, driving innovation and best practices within the agency.
Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial accountability.
Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Operations and Client Partnership, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications
Educated to degree level (life sciences or project management desirable)
Minimum of 2 years working in a project focused role
Competencies:
Strong communication skills – oral and written
People person – can work with different teams
Proactive and passionate about delivering great customer service for both external and internal clients, with a desire to exceed expectations
Strong ability to prioritise workload
An enthusiastic team player with the desire to exceed objectives
