Freight Forwarder

Mainfreight Romania is seeking an experienced International Freight Forwarder to enhance their team in Ploieşti. The role involves managing international road freight shipments throughout Europe, coordinating transport orders among customers, carriers, and Mainfreight branches. Daily tasks include monitoring shipments, resolving operational issues, negotiating rates, and ensuring compliance with transport regulations. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in international freight forwarding or transport operations, along with a solid understanding of European logistics processes. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary. Familiarity with transport management systems is considered an advantage.
