Supply Chain Manager (all genders)

This full-time position involves managing the operational procurement process for Maniko Nails, a rapidly growing nail cosmetics company. The role covers the entire supply chain from generating order recommendations to receiving goods, ensuring that products are available in major drugstore chains across Europe. You will work closely with suppliers in Asia to guarantee that inventory arrives on time and meets specific quality standards. The company is known for its self-adhesive UV gel nail strips and soft gel press-on nails, competing with established beauty brands in retail stores like dm, Rossmann, and budni. While the business has grown significantly, it remains agile, allowing employees to build structures rather than just managing existing ones. The team culture emphasizes data-driven decision-making, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth, and fostering a high level of trust and responsibility among staff. The advert does not specify particular software tools or formal educational qualifications required for this role. It also does not state a minimum number of years of experience needed. However, candidates must possess fluent German and very good English skills to perform their duties effectively. The working arrangement is flexible, offering the option to work remotely from anywhere in Germany or to be based in Berlin. This position is suitable for individuals who take pride in accuracy and enjoy leading external partners to achieve precise operational outcomes. The company seeks someone who is passionate about continuous improvement and values a workplace where facts and results are prioritized over personal ego.
