Business Operations & Development Manager

Marsbridge Capital is hiring a Business Operations & Development Manager in Yerevan to support two affiliated businesses through operations, business development, and marketing project work. The role involves working closely with the Founder and a technical team, handling proposals, research, documents, trackers, and coordination across multiple tasks and stakeholders. Applicants should have at least three years of relevant experience, a degree or equivalent practical background, strong English and Armenian, and good skills in analysis, organisation, and Microsoft 365. It would suit someone who is comfortable with confidential information, interested in finance and technology, and willing to work full time from the Yerevan office.
