Senior Counsel, Employment Law

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Counsel for Employment Law to join their legal team in Purchase, New York. This role involves providing strategic employment law support for both U.S. and global operations, particularly in relation to a recent cybersecurity acquisition. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver timely and practical legal advice tailored to Mastercard's needs, leveraging their strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and counseling experience. Collaboration with colleagues in the U.S. and other regions will be essential, as will a proactive approach to emerging legal issues. The position is based in a hybrid work environment, requiring an average of three days per week in the office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic culture and is eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting. The position reports to the Global Employment Law group within Mastercard’s Law Department and supports the People & Capability team.
