AI Engineer

Mastra is seeking a full-time AI Engineer to join their remote team. In this hands-on role, you will focus on developing features that enhance developers' understanding of agent behavior and performance. Your daily tasks will involve running experiments, conducting benchmarks, and refining product code based on insights gained from evaluating agents. You will be responsible for creating tools that facilitate the analysis of traces and agent behavior, ultimately leading to improvements in their functionality. Candidates should have experience in deploying agents and agent-based applications in production environments, as well as a proven track record of optimizing their accuracy. Familiarity with benchmarking results against existing datasets or generating new ones is also required. The role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, small team environment and can adapt to working across North American and European time zones.
