Counsel, Product & Regulatory - Payments & AML

Mercury is hiring a Counsel, Product & Regulatory focused on payments and AML to support its banking and financial products as the company expands and works toward a nationally chartered bank. The role partners with product, engineering, compliance, operations, risk, and design teams from early planning through launch to help address legal and regulatory issues. It suits a lawyer who is comfortable working quickly, taking ownership, and handling questions at the intersection of product development, financial infrastructure, and compliance. The position is remote and open to candidates in Canada or the United States.
