ML Mining LLC is seeking a lawyer to join its legal team in Yerevan. The role involves providing legal guidance for the company's operations, drafting various contracts, and reviewing legal documents. Daily tasks include preparing public offers for real estate sales, drafting purchase agreements, and organizing notarization processes. The lawyer will also handle civil law contracts related to leasing, service provision, and supply of goods. Additionally, the position requires submitting applications to the State Committee of the Republic of Armenia and liaising with other governmental and local authorities. Communication with buyers regarding real estate transactions is also part of the job. The work schedule is six days a week from 09:00 to 18:00.
