Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI-First (Go / React)

MMDSmart is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their team in Armenia, focusing on AI-driven development for cloud CPaaS/CCaaS infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for managing features from start to finish, utilizing a Go backend and a React/TypeScript frontend. Daily tasks will include designing and developing solutions for high-load, distributed systems, as well as integrating AI coding agents into your workflow. You will guide these AI tools, review their outputs, and ensure the quality of the final product. Candidates should have over five years of professional software engineering experience, with at least four years specifically in Go. Familiarity with React and TypeScript is necessary, though you don't need to be a frontend expert. Experience with high-load production systems and the ability to design and debug APIs is also required. Additionally, hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Copilot or similar is essential. This position is ideal for those who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where AI-assisted engineering is standard practice.
