Commercial Counsel

Mural is hiring a Commercial Counsel to join its Legal Team and support go-to-market and product work from a remote setup. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating customer and business agreements, including SaaS contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, partner deals, and vendor terms, while also advising on privacy, security, pricing, and deal risk. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Account Management, and help improve templates and contracting processes, including AI-assisted tools. It calls for at least four years of experience with commercial agreements and suits someone who is practical, collaborative, and comfortable partnering with business teams.
